Avocado, Onion and Tomato Salad
• 1 large tomato, sliced in thick slices
• 1/2 avocado, sliced
• 2 slices red onion, very thin or shaved
• 6 cherry tomatoes, halved
• sprig of fresh tarragon
• Garlic Expressions Salad Dressing
Put tomatoes, avocado and sliced onion on a plate, sprinkle with tarragon leaves and drizzle with Garlic Expressions. Add kosher or sea salt and freshly ground pepper to taste.
Oven Baked Chicken
• 1/2 Cup Garlic Expressions
• 1/2 Cup Olive Oil
• 1 Large sweet orange, juiced
• 1 Lemon, juiced
• 2 tbsp. Honey
• 3 cloves Garlic or 6 cloves from Garlic Expressions bottle, minced
• Salt and Pepper, to taste
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast (cut into strips)
In a bow, combine first 8 ingredients and mix well. Add the chicken breasts to a large, zip lock bag, and pour in the marinade. Close the bag and place it in the refrigerator to marinate at least 1 hour or overnight. Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray a medium-size baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Remove chicken from refrigerator and transfer it to the baking dish. Bake uncovered for 35 - 40 minutes or until done.
Serve warm with fresh vegetables or salad.
Baked Garlic Expressions Fish
• 1 Tablespoon butter
• 1 Tablespoon Garlic expressions
• Zest of one lemon
• 4 (6 ounce) Fish fillets of your choice
• Salt and Pepper to Taste
• 2 Tablespoons chopped Fresh Parsley
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly oil a 9x13 baking dish or coat with nonstick spray.
In a small bowl, whisk butter, Garlic expressions and lemon zest; set aside.
Season fish with salt and pepper and place onto prepared baking dish. Drizzle with Garlic Expressions mixture.
Place in oven and bake until fish flakes easily with a fork (10-12 minutes).
Serve immediately, garnish with parsley.
• 2 - Cup Fresh or Frozen Corn (cooked)
• 1 Red Bell Pepper (chopped)
• 1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)
• 1 Red Onion (chopped)
• Garlic Expressions Salad Dressing and Marinade (to cover)
Optional Ingredients: Chick Peas, Cilantro, Parsley, Black Beans, Cucumber, Crumbled Cheese such as Feta , QuesoFresco or Goat. You can be creative - whatever you like!
Combine all ingredients and let marinade in refrigerator at least 2 hours.
Roasted Mini Potatoes
• 1.5 lbs mini potatoes
• 3/4-cup sour cream
• 1/3-cup feta cheese
• 1/4-cup cooked and crumbled bacon
• 1/4-cup chopped green onions
• 1/4-cup Garlic Expressions
Place potatoes in a bowland drizzle with Garlic Expressionscoating thoroughly. Place on a baking sheet and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes or until potatoes are finished cooking. remove from oven and let cool.
In mixing bowl combine feta, sour cream, green onions and bacon. Mix until combined.
Cut cooled potatoes lengthwise and place a spoonful of filling on each half. Transfer to a serving dish and garnish with chopped green onion and freshly cracked pepper if desired.
8 ounces Smoked Salmon
12 ounces romaine
4 ounces baby spinach
1/2 cuphalved grape tomatoes
1/2 cup small pieces mandarin oranges
1/2 cup sun-dried cranberries
2 ounces cojack (colby and jack )cheese, coarsely grated
2 ounces toasted almonds (sliced or slivered)
1/2 cup fresh blueberries (optional)
2/3 cup ranch dressing (store bought)
1/3 cup Garlic Expressions
• 1-lb Ground Sirloin
• 1/4-Cup Garlic Expressions
• 10-Round dill Pickle Slices
• 10- slices of Cheese
• 2 tbsp. Butter, melted
• Salt & Pepper
Mix Garlic Expressions and Ground Sirloin.
Form 10 patties using using 2 tablespoons ground sirloin for each patty. Arrange on a rimmed sheet pan and brush with butter. Press a pickle slice into each patty. Refrigerate for up to 2 hours.
Preheat broiler. Season patties with salt and pepper to taste.
Broil for 4-5 minutes.
Top burgers with cheese in final 30 seconds of broiling.
Serve on toasted buns.
Variation on Garlic Expressions
Create your own unique Creamy Italian or Blue Cheese dressing.
Equal parts Garlic Expressions and your favorite Ranch dressing or Blue Cheese dressing and shake well.
Add either or both, crumbled blue cheese or chopped garlic from the Garlic Expressions bottle.

Use a 1/2 cup of Garlic expressions and a 1/2 cup of red wine or cognac.
Marinade beef or pork for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Drain off the excess marinade and grill or roast until desired temperature is reached.
Use a 1/2 cup of Garlic expressions and a 1/2 cup of white wine. Marinade chicken for up to 24 hours in the refrigerator. Drain off the excess marinade and grill or roast chicken until done.
